The authority for licensing and inspection of manufactured home parks in Ohio transferred to the Ohio Department of Commerce. The Noble County Health Department will continue to inspect the parks under a contract agreement with the Ohio Department of Commerce; however, all complaints must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Commerce who may then elect to direct the Noble County Health Department to perform an inspection.
