$15.00/hour – $19.00/hour
Shift Times:
Monday 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Tuesday – Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Essential Functions of the Position:
WIC Clerk, Full-time position will include work in the Women, Infants and Children Program. Duties will include explaining WIC services, scheduling client appointments, determining program eligibility, obtaining and entering demographic, income and personal health information into computer database programs, issue WIC Nutrition cards, performs vendor monitoring, assist with voter registration, performs outreach/recruitment activities, and other duties as may be assigned. Work will also include some additional training and certification as determined by the Health Department and its grant sources. Work hours are Monday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Applicants must possess communication (verbal/written), organization, and computer skills with minimum qualifications of a required valid Ohio driver’s license, a vehicle for required travel, and proof of current vehicular liability coverage.
