Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP)

PREP is an evidence-based program that seeks to reduce teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted infection rates for youth ages 14-19 who are in foster care and/or the juvenile justice systems. PREP utilizes a train-the-trainer model to educate staff working with the target population to then implement the Reducing the Risk curriculum with the youth. The curriculum is comprised of 19 sessions and includes pregnancy and STD prevention education as well as adulthood topics such as financial literacy, career success and healthy relationships. 

Our eleven county region includes:  Belmont, Harrison, Jefferson, Noble, Guernsey, Washington, Monroe, Perry, Muskingum, Morgan and Coshocton
